Spouses and dependents of deceased veterans could be eligible for certain benefits. The VA's Survivor’s Benefits Page has information for spouses and dependents of military personnel who died in or after service. There are several programs available; each has its own set of requirements.
If you are a surviving spouse or dependent who has already filed a claim with the VA, and would like me to check on the status of that claim to see if I can offer additional assistance, please print and complete my VA Privacy Release Form and mail or fax it to my Fort Mitchell office.
